See how Much Space Your Email Addresses Are Using In Cpanel

Simply do the following:

1. Log into your web hosting control panel (Cpanel) at
   UK Sites
   Your hosting control panel will be Plesk not Cpanel please see the correct article for this in the knowledgebase
   US Sites
   Click here to log into US Cpanel
2. In The "Search" box at the top of the page type the word "Email"
3. Now click the "Email accounts" Icon

Now click the "Email accounts" Icon

You will then be shown a list of all your email accounts and how much space they are using. You can increase how large your inbox is, however, remember this space comes from your total web hosting space so make sure to clear out your mailbox regularly by deleting old messages you do not need to store and emptying the trash/deleted items folder.
